Refund and Return Policy

Eligibility for Returns

  • The item(s) must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition as when you received them.
  • The item(s) must be in their original packaging, with all tags and labels attached.
  • You must provide a valid proof of purchase, such as the order confirmation email or receipt.

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items that have been used, opened, or are not in their original condition.
  • Items that are damaged due to misuse or negligence.
  • Items that are returned more than 30 days after the original purchase date.
  • Gift cards.
  • Sale items (unless otherwise stated).

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Once your return is authorized, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to package and ship the item(s) back to us.
  3. Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging, along with a copy of the order confirmation email or receipt.
  4. Affix the return shipping label to the package and ship it back to us.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them to ensure they meet the eligibility criteria outlined above. If the return is approved, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please note that the original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received the wrong item or a defective item).

Exchanges

If the item you are exchanging for is of a higher value than the original item, you will be responsible for paying the difference. If the item you are exchanging for is of a lower value than the original item, we will issue a refund for the difference.
